The top panel of the infographic shows how cartridge gases are dispersed through a silencer. The second panel shows how effective silencers are and what a hearing-safe sound level is (140 dB).
The third panel shows silencer ownership by state. Texas is by far the leader at 86,579, followed by Georgia (43,958), Florida (39,613), Ohio (26,566), and Indiana (22,223).
