Law Shield would like to report to our members about an Orange City, Florida mom who used a gun stop and hold a suspected robber.
WKMG-TV in Orlando reported that Lizette Rosario said her son told her someone was trying to break into her house around 4:30 a.m. She grabbed her 9mm and ran outside.
Rosario said the man hid behind her shed when he realized she was armed. As she waited for help to arrive, Rosario made it clear she was ready to shoot.
Rosario’s son eventually tackled the man and held him on the ground. He was soon arrested and later charged with trespassing.
We applaud Ms. Rosario’s spirited defense of her home and children, and we are happy to hear no loss of life occurred.
