Harrisburg Sets Up Legal-Defense Fund

As our Law Shield members may already know, U.S. Law Shield has sued the city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for violating the state’s gun pre-emption law. A new state law, Act 192, gave us the standing to sue municipalities whose conduct we believe violates our members’ 2nd Amendment rights.

Now, the city of Harrisburg is asking the public to contribute to its defense. The city is in poor financial health, so it needs funding to fight against our members’ gun rights.

Harrisburg’s legal-defense account has received a couple of checks totaling $300.
