On November 1, new laws go into effect in Oklahoma that make it legal to carry a switchblade knife. Last April, Gov. Mary Fallin signed into law the HB 1911, the Switchblade Ban Repeal law, that removes switchblades and other knives that open automatically by hand pressure to a button or spring from the list
