In an NRA News Cam & Co interview, U.S. Law Shield of Pennsylvania attorney Mike Giaramita talks about the lawsuit that the firm has filed against Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The city has not changed its local gun ordinances that are in violation of the state’s newly invigorated firearms preemption law. Attorney Giaramita notes that state preemption has been on the books since the 1970s, but cities and towns in the state have largely ignored it, until now.

Giaramita is a member of The McShane Firm, which is the lead Plaintiff’s counsel in the Harrisburg lawsuit.
